Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which Mozget Studio (“Mozget”, “we”, “us” or “our”) accepts cancellations and issues refunds for the digital services we provide, including web development, app development, digital marketing, graphic design, video editing, UI/UX, branding and SEO. By making a payment to Mozget Studio you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Nature of our services
Mozget Studio provides custom, made-to-order digital and creative services. Work is typically carried out over a defined engagement and clients are given real-time access to progress throughout the project so they can review deliverables as they are produced. Because our services involve dedicated time, labour and third-party costs, refund eligibility is tied to the stage of the engagement as described below.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund within the first fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of your payment (or from the project start date, whichever is later). Requests made within this window will be reviewed and refunds issued in accordance with Section 4 below.
After the 15-day window, no refund is applicable. Once fifteen (15) calendar days have elapsed from the date of payment or project commencement, the engagement is considered accepted and amounts paid become non-refundable, as significant work, resources and time will have been committed to your project.
3. Cancellations
3.1 Cancellation by the client
You may cancel an engagement at any time by writing to us at support@mozget.com. If the cancellation is received within the 15-day refund window, any refund due will be calculated as set out in Section 4. Cancellations received after the window will not qualify for a refund, though we will deliver all work completed and paid for up to the point of cancellation.
3.2 Cancellation by Mozget Studio
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an engagement — for example, where a project falls outside our capabilities, where required information or approvals are not provided, or where continued work would be unlawful or unreasonable. Where we cancel a project through no fault of the client, we will refund amounts paid for work not yet performed.
4. How refunds are calculated and processed
For eligible requests within the 15-day window:
- If work has not commenced, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- If work has commenced, we will refund the amount paid less the value of work already completed and any non-recoverable third-party costs (for example paid tools, licences, stock assets, ad spend or domain/hosting purchases made on your behalf).
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider and may take an additional 5–10 business days.
| Stage of engagement | Refund outcome |
|---|---|
| Within 15 days · work not started | Full refund |
| Within 15 days · work in progress | Partial refund (less work done & third-party costs) |
| After 15 days | No refund |
| Cancelled by Mozget (work pending) | Refund for work not performed |
5. Non-refundable items
Regardless of the window above, the following are non-refundable: third-party fees and licences paid on your behalf, advertising or media spend already deployed, domain registrations, hosting or subscription purchases, and completed and delivered milestones that have been approved by you.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email support@mozget.com from the email address associated with your engagement, including your name, the service purchased, the payment date and reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to acknowledge every request within one business day.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that are inconsistent with this policy by presenting records of the work performed and communications with you.
8. Currency
Payments are ordinarily charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Where international card payments are processed through a cross-border payment gateway, your card issuer may convert and charge the amount in your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate, and any currency-conversion charges applied by your issuer are not controlled by, and are not refundable by, Mozget Studio.
