Return Policy
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- In unused or like-new condition
- Free from any physical damage not covered under warranty
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@mozget.com with your order number.
- Get Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address with the RMA number clearly marked.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for opened items.

- Items returned after the 30-day return window
Damaged or Defective Products
